You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in original packaging
  • Clothing must be unworn and unwashed

Please note: Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

  1. Enter your order number and email address in the returns portal
  2. Select the items you want to return
  3. Follow the instructions provided
  4. Once approved, you will receive return shipping guidance via email

Return Costs

  • If the return is your responsibility (e.g. unwanted item) → you cover return shipping
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect → we cover the return cost
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Refunds

  • Returns are inspected upon arrival
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and approved
  • For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a refund instead

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

We may ask for photos of the item to help us assess the problem.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. We will also cover the return cost where this applies.

Please do not send faulty or incorrect items back without contacting us first, as we may be able to resolve the issue more quickly.
