Blue60 is a self-expanding polyurethane foam developed specifically for sealing timber fire doorsets. Used together with Blue60 fire-rated packers, it provides up to 60 minutes of fire protection and forms an effective seal against smoke and gas, with no additional mastics or sealants needed to complete the installation.

Tested across every frame and wall combination

Blue60 has been tested to BS 476 Part 22 and BS EN 1634-1 at both 30 and 60 minute ratings, across single and double doorsets and every combination of frame and wall material. That breadth of testing is what separates it from general purpose fire rated foam, and it is why the system is specified on major developments rather than assembled from separate materials on site.
