Is this a steel or composite toecap?

Fibreglass. The Composite Leather Rigger Boot uses a non-metallic fibreglass toecap, so it is lighter than steel and will not conduct heat or cold.

What size should I order?

Portwest footwear runs in full EU sizes (38-48). If you are between sizes or wear thick socks, take the larger size.
