Description

The Bond-It Economy Sealant Gun is the trade-standard extruder gun for cartridge-based silicones, sealants and adhesives. It is low-cost enough to stock in quantity, yet robust enough to survive day-to-day site use.

Plus, it is available in three sizes so you can match the gun to the cartridge: 300 ml (EU3), 400 ml (EU4) and 900 ml.

Which size do you need?

  • 300 ml, fits standard EU3 310 ml cartridges such as WP70, Caulk-Mate, FS4 Fireshield AC and the wider Bond-It range
  • 400 ml, fits larger EU4 380 ml/400 ml cartridges, including WP100 EU4 and Gripbond Pro EU4
  • 900 ml, fits foil sausage packs and larger professional cartridges

Will the 300 ml gun fit a 400 ml cartridge?

No, you need the 400 ml gun for EU4 cartridges. Similarly, the 900 ml gun is sized for foil sausages, not standard cartridges.

Is there a technical data sheet for the gun?

No, because sealant guns are tools rather than chemicals. However, the sealant you are using does have a data sheet, and you should always read it before starting.

How long should a good sealant gun last?

With regular cleaning after each use, an Economy Sealant Gun lasts for hundreds of cartridges. For heavier trade use, consider the Pro Plus Heavy Duty Extruder.
