FAQs

What is Flash-Mate for?

Bonding and sealing lead flashings on pitched and flat roofs, reducing weather ingress, tile lift and noise.

Is it flexible?

Yes, it stays flexible to accommodate the movement a roof sees through heating and cooling.

How do I apply it?

Gun it along the flashing or joint on as clean and dry a surface as conditions allow, then tool it in and dress the lead.

How is it different from Flashing Tape?

Flash-Mate is a gun-applied sealant for bonding and sealing flashings. Flashing Tape is a self-adhesive lead-coloured tape for quick repairs. Choose by the method.

What size is it?

EU3 cartridges, supplied in trade boxes of 25.
