What size nails do you use for framing?

For most stud and timber framing, 2.8 to 3.1mm nails from 63 to 90mm are standard. Use 90mm for structural framing and shorter lengths for battens and thinner sections.

How do you load a Paslode nail gun?

Slide the nail strip into the magazine until it clicks, drop in a fuel cell, then close the door and fit a charged battery.

Can you use these outside?

The galvanised plus finish suits covered outdoor and Service Class 2 work. For fully exposed or coastal use, choose a stainless collated nail.
