Description

The AG1 is Bond-It's all-metal professional PU foam gun. It pairs with gun-grade expanding foams and adhesives across the Bond-It range, from B1 Fire Rated and Breeze Block Airtight, right through to Mega Stik.

Plus, the fine flow control gives you everything from a stringer bead to a full fill, so you can switch jobs without changing tools.

Usage / Application

First, run a short burst of Bond-It Gun Foam Cleaner through the valve after each use. Then screw in the proportioning screw. As a result, the current can stays usable for up to 4 weeks.

However, once cured foam builds up in the valve, the gun becomes unusable. So, a 30-second clean after every session saves you buying replacements.

FAQs

Does it fit straw-grade cans?

No, straw-grade cans are aerosol-applied. For straw foam, use the straw adaptor supplied with the can. For gun-grade cans, this AG1 gun is the right tool.

Is there a data sheet for the gun?

No, because tools do not carry a TDS. However, the foam or adhesive you are loading into it does, and you should always read that before starting.

Can I use any foam cleaner with it?

For guaranteed compatibility, use Bond-It Gun Foam Cleaner. Other cleaners may not fully clear the valve, and build-up shortens the gun's life.
