HVC16 High Viscosity Adhesive Superglue from Bond-It 

Is supplied to be sold as a single refill for the Mitre Kits

Application

HVC16 permits readjustment of components before bonding commences.

Apply a thin film to one side only and bring together immediately. Reposition within 2-3 seconds. Maintain light pressure without movement of joint for at least 10 seconds, do not handle until bonding time stated above has expired. Clamp or hold for a few seconds.

As the polymerisation of cyanoacrylates is initiated by moisture from the atmosphere best results will be obtained if the relative humidity is in excess of 50%. Higher levels of humidity reduce the opportunity for monomer evaporation thus limiting fume build up. If bonding is continuous process good ventilation must be ensured

Bond It HVC16 SUPERGLUE can be used for bonding:

• uPVCu trims
• rubbers
• timbers
• many plastics

The high viscosity is particularly suitable for use with foam products.
