Bond-It Waterseal is a premium masonry waterproofer designed to repel water from exterior masonry work while allowing walls to breathe, reducing the risk of damage from water and frost. Suitable for use on brick, stone and concrete, it protects against water and frost without changing the physical appearance of a building.

It also repels water-borne dirt, resists fungal growth, and helps reduce heating costs, since less energy is wasted drying out wet walls.

Apply by brush at a rate of 3m² per litre for porous stone, or 5m² per litre for hard brick, allowing 6 hours to dry before a second coat. Two coats are recommended for best results.
