First, clear the area of existing weeds and large stones, and level the soil.

Next, roll the membrane out over the bed or border, overlapping the edges of adjacent strips so weeds cannot push through the gaps.

Then pin it down and cut crosses where you want to plant through it, folding the flaps back around each plant.

Finally, cover with bark, soil or decorative mulch. It is ideal for borders, beds and lining planters, but is not suitable under driveways or gravel paths.

Will water still reach my plants?

Can I use it under a gravel path or driveway?

No. It is designed for borders, beds and planters. It is not suitable under driveways or gravel paths, where a heavy-duty ground stabilisation fabric is needed.

How do I plant through it?

Cut a cross where each plant goes, fold the flaps back, plant, then fold them around the stem. Overlap adjacent strips so no gaps are left.

Does it stop all weeds forever?

It strongly suppresses weed growth and carries a 5 year guarantee. Windblown seed can still germinate in mulch on top, so occasional tidying helps.
